Account Settings:

1. Fill in your Company Information and save when done.

2. Fill in the Administrators Information and save when done. 

Add User:

 

After you have saved a new user, the username will change to: username@companyname. Please Note: This is not an email address.   

Depending on what roll you choose to give a certain user, the user will have none-to-some limitations of the Business System’s many features:

Administrator: 

Access to everything. 

Sommelier: 

Access to:

- Orders

- Digital Sommelier

- Dashboard

- My Wine Cellar

- Wine Cellar Inventory  

Economy:

Access to:

- Dashboard

- My Wine Cellar

    The Dashboard: 

    The Dashboard is one of the most liked feature in Wineally by restaurant owners and managers. This is where you get real-time reports of how many bottles you have sold, what your total wine profit is looks like, which wine is currently the best seller and so much more! Real-time pie diagrams will show you exactly what you have in your wine cellar, from the colours of your wines to what countries their from. 


    Suppliers & Orders:

    To add your suppliers you can either go to the suppliers section at the menu and enter all the required information or simply add them when you register your wines.

    My Wine Cellar: 

    My Wine Cellar is where you can find all the wines you have registered. This is also where you can buy more of any wine, read reviews from famous Wine Critics and see the current market price for all wines. 

    Edit Wine Info: 

    If you click on any wine that you have in your cellar you can choose to edit some of the wine’s information. For example you can:

    - Edit the “stored at”- field, to easier let your staff know where they can find this 

      particular wine. 

    - Edit the ‘Drinking from’ & ‘Drinking to’ dates on the wine. 

    - Edit the Wine - & Producer name in your wine list. 

    - Edit the ‘Serving temperature’ of the wine. 

    - Choose if the wine is ‘Served by glass’ or on bottle only. 

    - ‘Sommelier’s dish recommendations’. Here you can choose to enter any of your Fwc Tutorial - accounts 1 -1.movregistered dishes. This will make the wine as the top recommendation / suggestion in the Digital Sommelier when / if the dish you’ve entered is chosen.   



    Wine Cellar Inventory: 

    Here you can edit the amount of bottles that you have in your cellar, bottle size, vintage and the edits you can make in “My Wine Cellar”.


    Dishes: 

    1. Choose one of the three categories: Starters, Main courses or Desserts for your dish to be placed in. 
    2. Enter the Dish name.
    3. Enter the Dish properties.
    4. Drag the scale on the Dish’s basic flavours. (max. 5 choices to 100%)  
    5. Save. 

    Please note: We strongly recommend that someone from the kitchen department are the ones to be doing this.
